Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on Every Order

Standard shipping is free on EVERY order. There is no minimum to reach.

Processing

We prepare and ship each order within one business day of purchase. Orders placed Friday after business hours, Saturday, or Sunday go out the next Monday.

Delivery

Once shipped, standard orders usually arrive in 5 to 10 business days. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking details.

Packaging

Every order is sent in plain, discreet packaging, with no product name printed on the outside of the box.

Correct address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Once a package has shipped, we cannot redirect it. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will reach out to arrange a new shipment, which may involve extra shipping fees.

Lost or missing packages

If tracking says your order was delivered but you don't have it, please allow 48 hours — carriers are often a little behind. If it still hasn't shown up, email us at [à confirmer] and we will help you sort it out.

International shipping

At the moment, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the UK. [à confirmer]
